About Bugnik
Bugnik is built by Bhimana Sai Pradeep. I built it because I thought it could help people who want to practise for the code repository question in company online assessments: the one where you get a whole multi-file project, failing tests and a clock, instead of a single function to write.
Algorithm sites are good at training algorithms, but I couldn't find anywhere to practise reading and fixing an unfamiliar codebase under time pressure. Bugnik is that place.
How the problems are made
- Every problem is original, made for Bugnik in the format of repository-based assessments. None of them are real or leaked assessment questions.
- Each one is a small multi-file project in C++ or Java Spring Boot with seeded bugs or a feature to finish, a README with the rules, visible tests you can run and hidden tests that grade your submission.
- Your code is compiled and tested on Bugnik's own servers, in isolated containers.
- The guides are based on public sources, which each guide lists at the end.
Independent
Bugnik is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with any employer or assessment provider.
Beta
Bugnik is in beta and free while it is. If something in a problem is wrong, or you'd like a stack that isn't here yet, please get in touch.
